After a long afternoon in town with friends, I opted to cook a chicken stir fry for dinner. I cooked the chicken breast in soy, garlic, ginger and chilli and added beansprouts, mushrooms, carrot, red onion and broccoli spears. I added more soy to moisten and cooked until sizzling hot. I always enjoy this and it is a firm favourite. It never fails to disappoint!
