Main course on my flight to Kenya was Salad of thyme roasted corn fed chicken with red pesto potatoes and marinated peppers. There was quite a wide range of choice but I went for this as it looked light and tasty. it ws quite good but I coudnt finish it. No problem finishing the Chablis though- it was yummy
