For dinner tonight I had some home made, indian spiced mini chicken fillets served on oatbran galettes with some natural yoghurt.
To make the marinade I mixed curry powder, garam masala, chilli and garlic with natural yoghurt and allowed the strips of chicken to marinate for a couple of hours in the fridge before baking in the oven.
I am a great fan of marinated mini fillets from Tesco and M+S but since doing the dukan plan I am very ingredient conscious and was extremely surprised to see just how many added ingredients there are in the shop bought version! This home made option is much healthier, cheaper and pretty delicious!
