I stayed in the Intercontinental hotel in Brussels last night. This is the first time that I have had to think about a hotel breakfast in terms of the Dulan diet and I was a bit anxious about it. In the end, there was no need to worry. I had some smoked salmon with lemon juice (that’s becoming quite the regular breakfast), a boiled egg and a Danone fat free strawberry yoghurt. I forgot to bring my oatbran galettes to breakfast, so had a couple when I got back to my room!
