Am in the flybmi lounge at heathrow airport, waiting for a flight to Belfast. As it is lunchtime, I am naturally thinking of my stomach (nothing new there!)
I am really trying to stick to the dulan plan and I know that there is nothing remotely dukan friendly in here.
Thankfully I was organised enough to bring a little picnic of oatbran galettes and a salsa type mix of chopped smoked salmon, chopped gherkins and fat free yoghurt
I did manage to enjoy a tomato juice and a coffee courtesy of flybmi and for that- I thank them!
