I have always been a fan of a great stirfry but have found that in recent years, I much prefer them without noodles. I also have become extremely lazy and always opt for a mixed bag of stir fry vegetables
Today’s stir fry was a work of art! I fried some chicken breast in a spray of oil and garlic, ginger, chillies and soya sauce. I added a bag of fresh prepared mushroom stir fry from Marks and Spencer. This pack contains plenty of mushrooms, beansprouts, cabbage, carrots and white onion. I added extra soy sauce to the mix and cooked it through
This is a perfect, easy to cook, healthy supper and it went down a treat!
