I have read that oily fish is good for the brain and have decided that I am in dire need of a mental boost, especially after an exhausting weekend.
I also am planning a dukan diet day as I have overindulged in my birthday celebrating!
Both of these decisions have led to this very healthy breakfast of smoked salmon and cottage cheese with sweet chilli. This could have been vastly improved by the addition of some fresh lemon juice over the salmon but sadly, I didn’t have any. It is amazing how just a squeeze of lemon can transform a piece of salmon!!
