After a big meal last night in Annapurna, I feel the need for a dukan day to give my body a rest. I started the day with some slivers of smoked salmon drenched in lemon juice. Fresh but not too filling. Its not too long ago that my doctor advised me to eat more oily fish but perhaps I am taking it to extremes as I had salmon for lunch too in the form of roasted salmon with sweet chilli and cottage cheese. Both were Tesco specials and easy to serve
