trying out smoked chicken

Can you believe I have never tried smoked chicken? I am amazed myself! While I love chicken, there is something about the look of smoked chicken that just doesn’t appeal! (Have I mentioned that I am funny about the look and textures of some foods?)
Anyway- this was served to me today with a mixture of salads and having been brave enough to try it, to my amazement I really quite enjoyed it.
I still don’t like the pinky appearance but the smoky flavour worked a treat!
