Ok the creamy may be misleading- I can assure you that there is no cream in this dish, rather just 2 per cent fat yoghurt but the taste certainly is creamy
To make it I dry fried an onion and added 500g turkey breast.
When the turkey and onion started to stick, I added a small amount of water. When the turkey was sealed I added half a pint of stock make with a low salt stock cube and stirred in half a tsp chilli flakes, half a tsp cumin powder, half a tsp ground coriander, 1 tsp garam masala and 1 tsp curry powder
I simmered this for 35 minutes and just before serving stirred in several tablespoons of 2 percent fat yoghurt. I used this as the totally fat free yoghurt tends to curdle!
I have to say it was both spicy and creamy and went down a treat!
