A delicious home made Christmas pudding, lovingly prepared by my mother. Served with home made brandy butter and custard. To be honest, I cant stand anything with any form of dried fruit in it but my Christmas day wouldnt be complete without this. To be fair she does use top notch dried fruit like cranberries rather than just plain old currants and sultanas
