fruit scone

I haven’t eaten scones for ages and then suddenly they are coming at me from all directions! I called in to see my mum and dad and a warm scone with butter was offered. How could I say no? I would have thought that after knowing me for a fair few years, my mother might have finally got the message that I don’t like dry fruit! Sadly no so by the time I picked out all the fruit, the scone was cold. A little bit disappointing!
