I made some home made burgers with low fat mince, onion and thai spices of garlic, coriander, chill and lemongrass. I fried them until brown then baked in the oven until cooked. I served them with cottage cheese and a sliced pickled onion for a bit of crunch. It was really tasty! In general I am finding the dukan plan fine but I have to admit that all day I have been craving a jacket potato!!!
