I made some oatbran galettes and seasoned them with cumin and black pepper. Topped them with some cottage cheese and some smoked salmon and squeezed a generous amount of lemon juice over them. This is my new favourite breakfast. I dont miss my porridge at all! ShareTweetPinShare
