Tesco lamb shank for supper

very bad planning on my part.  I bought these lamb shanks with mint gravy from Tesco as I had heard they were really good.  I didnt factor in the gravy element and really should have served potato or other carb that could soak up the sauce..  Instead I only had salad which was useless.  I ended up with a spoon just to capture the gravy, which incidentally was really good.  The lamb could be cooked in the microwave for 4 minutes which made it really easy and quick to prepare

During the day , I had enjoyed smoked salmon for breakfast and roasted black pepper with salad for lunch so it was good to get my teeth into the lamb which I rarely eat
