must stop buying job lots of smoked salmon!

Tesco do a great deal on multi packs of smoked salmon. As a result, I usually buy it up everytime I am in store.  its such a lovely breakfast mixed with yoghurt and lemon juice with ground black pepper and served on oatbran pancakes.  This is really tasty and most importantly for me, filling.  Today’s pancakes were made with oregano for a herby kick.  I find that changing the herbs and spices in them stops them from becoming boring
