For my starter in the foyer restaurant in Claridges, I chose white onion veloute with chorizo croutons . This was beautifully presented with the croutons placed in a stunning recessed glass bowl and the waiter poured the soup over. It really gave the dish a sense of occasion and I have to say it was a beautiful soup. the croutons were really unusual and totally delicious
For my main course I had black bream which was beautifully presented with organic spelt, roasted cauliflower, peas and lemon cream. I loved it
