I invited some friends round for brunch and forced them to sample my home-made wheaten bread which I toasted and served with smoked salmon. I must say it was very well received and seconds were had all round. Not bad for a loaf made from a ready prepared wheaten mix from Mortons flour!! ShareTweetPinShare
