Taking the hulls out of strawberries has always been a pet hate of mine. When you try to cut them out, there is loads of waste but if you simply slice the top off, part of the hull is still there. In the grand scale of problems, its not exactly top of the list but it is an annoyance to me!
Until now that is. I have seen the light and shall never again be wound up by the hull of the strawberry. I was shown this simple tip and enjoyed it so much that I videoed myself doing it to share with you.
I urge you to give it a go- its super quick and minimises any waste!
