I was absolutely famished by the time I prepared this so it tasted all the better. Am home after a few days travelling and keen to get back to my good dukan plan habits. I made my oatbran galettes and topped them with cottage cheese, smoked salmon and freshly squeezed lemon. I had got quite bored of this combination but having not had it for a while, I thoroughly enjoyed it! I am finding that the galettes can be a bit hit and miss. Some days they turn out brilliantly and others, they look like a dogs dinner!
