Sunday lunch at my mums and I really wanted to enjoy it but within the dukan guidelines. I had roast beef, roasted vegetables, carrots, leeks and bacon with some delicious gravy whicj I probably shouldn’t have had. I deprived myself of the new potatoes and potato gratin which I adore. I also managed to decline a delicious looking lemon meringue pie with cream and icecream. Am remarkably impressed by my willpower!!
