today I chose a superfood salad from Pret a manger for lunch.
I had gone into the store with every intention of buying soup but there were none that took my fancy!
The superfood seemed like the healthiest salad option available with houmous, whole chickpeas, tabouleh, roasted red peppers, omega sprinkles and Grated Beetroot. It came served with a pot of dressing and a flour tortilla which I chose to ignore. If I’m honest, the salad was a bit leaf heavy and not the most satisfying salad I have ever had. I’m not sure I would choose this one again
