Breakfast like a King, lunch like a prince and dine like a pauper

That’s what I was always told growing up and unfortunately I have always done the opposite (typical rebel!) which probably explains why I am not the healthiest person on the planet, even if I do try. I am now deciding to attempt to follow the mantra and today I have started my day with the King of breakfasts, smoked salmon which I had with loads of lemon juice and a spoonful of cottage cheese with chives.

My only challenge now is the lunch like a prince and an particular, dining like a pauper. Pauper dining is not appealing to me at all!!

Another meal of salmon is not exactly eating like a prince but there certainly wasnt too much of it so it felt like cutting back a bit.  The sweet chilli marinade made it delicious

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

And for dinner- perhaps not food for a pauper- I had the curry left over from last night.  Well it is the preferred food of millions!
