Can’t go wrong with a bowl of Heinz tomato soup for lunch. Served with some mini rice cakes and cottage cheese. All consumed while reading the newspaper  

No breakfast today but enjoyed this mini cup cake from M+S at a coffee morning with my giirlfriends. Simply yummy!  

Lasagne and salad- not overly hungry so shared a portion. Not even home made to my shame but from Tesco. Convenient and filled a gap!  

A tuna sandwich and a few crisps for lunch while working at home. Not the most inspired lunch but it hit the spot  

Slice of banana bread for breakfast. I haven’t had this for years and it was a real treat  

Peckish for a snack so had three corn thins with thin slices of cheese. Just hit the spot! Feeling too tired to cook anything. Was able to eat these while lying on the sofa  

A bag of peanuts while waiting for a flight in the Bmi lounge at heathrow. I really just took a notion for something savoury  

Mushroom soup and salad at my desk. Am working through lunch  

Just some soup after lunch out today. I had Mullagatawny from Tesco and had it with a couple of corn thins. It was really tasty but then again I am very partial to anything curry based  

A chilli beef burrito and shared guacamole and tortillas at Tortilla restauarant in Hammersmith. This was delicious  

Fresh fruit yoghurt and muesli at a work meeting. I really fancied this as I have been lacking fruit and veg over the past couple of days in Paris  

A bit of a feast of pringles on a Eurostar journey. All a pit peckish but didn’t fancy the Eurostar food so shared this between 3!  

Crepe monsieur is a bit like croque monsieur in that it has ham and cheese in it. Tasty, served with chips and eaten on the banks of the Seine in Paris  

When in Paris I felt it essential to have a crepe! I had it with maple syrup  

Hotel breakfast in Paris. Started off with Muesli  

Salmon with sorrell sauce served with salad and french fries in Paris. Delicious and shared with friends!
