When in Paris I felt it essential to have a crepe! I had it with maple syrup  

Hotel breakfast in Paris. Started off with Muesli  

Salmon with sorrell sauce served with salad and french fries in Paris. Delicious and shared with friends!  

A chicken salad with tomato egg and cheese in a street side cafe in Paris. Sitting outside in the sunshine  

I shared a cheese and ham toastie and a cheese melt with my friend on the Eurostar to Paris. The melt was a bit odd (too much cheese) and the toastie was very tasty  

A leftover portion from last night’s culinary triumph- cauliflower cheese cottage pie. Served with sugar snap peas while watching come dine with me!!  

Had to go back for more of these corn thins with houmus. They are really tasty and very more-ish. Will keep me going until dinner

Chorizo and butterbean soup served with corn thins and houmus. Tried a new tomato flavoured houmus from Tesco which was very nice  

Hovis wholemeal toast and butter for breakfast- good after a big night out  

Home made cauliflower cheese shepherds pie served with asparagus. I saw a version of this on something for the weekend and adapted it for my friends  

Porridge with maple syrup for breakfast in bed – reading the papers on my ipad

Probably the ultiimate comfort food. A bowl of Heinz tomato soup cures all ills!  

Afternoon snack of skinny popcorn from pret. I miss the cheese flavour but this salted version was good  

Tomato flavoured wrap with guacamole and peppers for lunch with my work colleagues. We all had the same and it was delicious. We shared a few chips too  

Porridge with honey at my desk- morning after a big night out at the Digital Impact Awards! Best start to the day
