saddle of lamb fondant potato spinach with ragout, semi dried tomatos and thyme jus served at the Digital impact awards in London (just won a Gold award!!)  

A beautiful starter of plum tomato, buffalo mozzarella served with basil pesto and aged balsamic reduction. I had this at the Digital impact awards in London. Very exciting

Creme brulee in Nottinghill brasserie. Not mine but had a taste.  This was definitely a quality pudding and I wish I had ordered one!  

Roast cod with mushroom risotto and truffle mousse at Notting Hill Brasserie.  I am not the biggest fas of fish but I have to say this was delicious.  The picture doesnt do it justice!  

Forgot to mention nibbling on these over drinks.  I really have no will power at all especially where savoury snacks are involved  

Beetroot and goats cheese starter in the Nottinghill Brasserie. This was a delicious combination and just the right serving size
