Was sorely tempted not to post this small piece of birthday cake but have to be honest….  

Cor- blackberry and apple crumble. Officially full now!  

Scrummy Moorish Turlu Turlu. Tastes better than it looks mmm!  

Just nibbling on sundried tomato bread in @Aldens!  

Couldn’t resist my Mum’s homemade caramel squares. Only half a one though!  

Nice tuna sandwich at home- breaks up my work day!  

Mmm- Special K with berries. That’s a very healthy start to a Friday morning!  

Emotional hunger has hit in after a stressy afternoon. Just helped myself to the other half’s beautifully prepared wheaten bread, dairylea and tomatoes. No need for it at all!!!  

Oops  Leaving do lunch for Rafe, our work experience student at the Lawrie arms, Hammersmith.  Had a sping roll, a chicken satay from the shared starter plate and then  Jungle curry.  No Coconut milk so could have been a lot worse.  Feeling the guilt though!

Team breakfast in the office- Muesli, Fruit and yoghurt- am feeling very virtuous!!

Just home from Cornwall- stuffed mushroom, baby boiled potatos and tomatos- not very inspiring but good after all the eating out!

I ordered Greek Salad at the Watergate Bay Hotel in Newquay,  This was an excellent choice.  It was loaded with feta, peppers, cucumber and tomatoes.. Thoroughly enjoyable

Toast with philadelphia cheese and marmaite for breakfast at the Watergate Bay Hotel in Newquay after a rather rough night and an early morning swim in the sea.  Definitely a cure!!
