Am in a lovely little fish restaurant in Vienna and ordered grilled seabream. This was perfectly cooked and came with spinach. I opted not to have the potatoes due to the dukan restrictions but I honestly didn’t miss them  

Am in Vienna and thankfully its a protein and vegetable day. I ordered this mix of grilled vegetables which were marinated in garlic and herbs and I have to say that it was heavenly. I don’t think I have ever enjoyed vegetables so much!  

I really couldnt face salmon today, so prepared this coronation tuna.  Normally I would have mayo with tinned tuna but today mixed it with fat free natural yoghurt, curry powder and ground black pepper.  I have to say it was lovely and made a very satisfying change!

Despite my desperate craving for some toast with marmite, I managed to keep strong and committed to the dukan plan. For breakfast I had oatbran galettes topped with natural yoghurt and smoked salmon. I squeezed plenty of lime juice over the top which gave it a real zest!

I fear I may soon look like a piece of smoked salmon! This was a very light supper of smoked salmon with plenty of freshly squeezed lemon juice and some cottage cheese. Added a few gherkins on the side  

I lapsed from the dukan plan yesterday with several glasses of bubbly so am feeling guilty and worried that the few pounds I have managed to lose will jump straight back on! This is probably my favourite dukan style breakfast and it is perfect for a weekend treat. Bacon and egg with oatbran galettes. I only eat the egg yolk which is a shame. I can’t bear the texture of egg white (unless its in a meringue- yummy!!!)  

Always looking for a dukan version of tasty favourites so made this cottage pie with swede mash instead of potato. Really lovely!  I never normally bother with swede as it looks so unappealing but it has a delicious almost sweet taste and mashes really well  

For lunch I had my leftover indian marinated chicken mini fillets with natural yoghurt on oatbran galettes. A perfect little dukan friendly lunch
