  1. Cheese on toast being of many varieties, as we all know it is, could polatnietly provide you with sufficient sustenance. However this depends on many things: Firstly the base for all cheese on toast(the toast). Granary bread will of course provide you with a slower release due the higher concentration of complex carbohydrates, as opposed to cheap I bought it with my benefits own brand white slices of compacted dust from the floor of the supermarkets packing warehouse, which will have you running around like a cracked craving ASBO child from a council estate in Peckham for half an hour before you slump like his poor unwashed mother, who spends the majority of her days on a sofa covered with red wine stains that look slightly suspect.
