Tenshi Dining provides restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own home. Every menu is delicious and unique and every course has a paired cocktail.
Dining with Tenshi Dining is an absolute treat! Restaurant quality food in the comfort of your own home (or in our case the comfort of our friends, Brian & Mark )
Tenshi owner, Jordan McMahon, comes to your house and does all the work, allowing you to relax with your guests. Pretty much all you have to do is set the table and happily our hosts, Brian and Mark did that beautifully.
Every menu is unique and totally tailored for you and your guests. Jordan undertakes a short consultation with you in advance to find out what your food preferences are and to ensure that all dietary requirements are catered for.
We were treated to the “Spider Blossom” experience – a delicious 3 course dining experience with amazing paired cocktails.
Our first course was Wild Mushroom Gao Bao- bao buns filled with mushrooms, mushroom ketchup, pickled chilli slaw, & lemon grass aioli. The paired cocktail was the “Earl Tini”- Earl Grey infused gin, Italicus Bergamot liquor, lemon juice, gomme syrup and egg white.
The second course was Seared Monkfish with tom yum, Pomme Anna, choy sum, Thai chilli scallion emulsion, & furikake. This was accompanied by a “Yuzu Margarita”- Blanco Tequila, yuzu sake, agave, anchor Reyes chilli liquor and Cointreau.
Our third course was a Lemongrass Yuzu Tart, with lychee Thai basil ice cream, and mango chilli pastilles. The paired cocktail was a “Thai Colada”- infused rice coconut milk, mango syrup, Burnt Faith brandy, lime and Saline.
I can honestly say that all the dishes were delicious and the cocktails perfectly paired with each course
Tenshi Dining offers three menu packages, and is very good value for money. The packages start at £50 per person for two courses including paired cocktails. The 3 course option is £75, and 4 courses for £90 per person, up to a maximum of 12 people.
It really is a top notch experience and I am so grateful to have had the opportunity to enjoy it all!
(This was a gifted experience)
