A new look for the Maldron Hotel at Belfast International Airport

The Maldron Hotel, Belfast has been given a makeover.  £1.5m has been spent on a new reception, bar and restaurant along with new look bedrooms and it all and it looks fantastic.  My friend and fellow co-host of @foodnihour, Mark Bevin, is the head chef at the hotel and I was keen to see the progress that had been made.  The hotel invited a select group of guests along to have a look around and sample some of the delicious food prepared by Mark and his team.  I have sampled Mark’s food before and knew that he was good but this was a fabulous spread to suit all palettes.  Mark told me that he was keen to showcase the food that people can expect to be served in his restaurant and if this spread is typical, I urge you to give his restaurant a try.
