I enjoyed this so much yesterday that I had the same breakfast today of oatbran galettes topped with sweet chilli cottage cheese and smoked salmon with loads of lemon  

Another perfect dukan style breakfast. I rustled up some oatbran galettes and topped them with a dollop of natural yoghurt and smoked salmon. I squeezed some lemon juice over them and wolfed them down with a refreshing cup of tea. A happy start to Saturday!!
