Waitrose stuffed mushroom
This is an easy lunch from Waitrose, Portabello mushroom filled with tomato, cheese and breadcrumbs. Served with cherry tomatoes and a tiny bit of mayo. Its really light and tasty. In an ideal world I would have had this with salad but the fridge appears to be bare!
