I am bored of Pret salads so took myself off to Marks and Spencer for a peruse!. I found this superfood salad which I absolutely loved. It cam with rocket, giant couscous and quinoa with roasted beetroot, chickpeas, dried cranberries and a houmus drizzle. Well done M+S- this was a wnner! ShareTweetPinShare
