My friend gave me this Jamie’s Kitchen recipe book as a present. I love Jamie’s cooking and Jamie’s Kitchen is one of my favourite restaurants so I was really looking forward to reading this.
On first glance, there is loads of stunning photography, both of the food and of Jamie in action
There are also loads of tips on using utensils and cooking techniques. These struck me as very useful, especially as we all tend to get stuck in a rut with the way we prepare food.
The only problem so far is that I havent seen a recipe that I really want to cook. I will need to look a bit harder though as I have promised my friend Sarah, who bought me the book, that I will cook her something from it!
