I love the tradition of decorating eggs and rolling them down a hill. I don’t thing anyone does it anymore. I for one haven’t done it for years! I couldnt resist decorating this one wee egg though and I do admit that it is a rubbish job. Its the though that counts though!  

I invited some friends round for brunch and forced them to sample my home-made wheaten bread which I toasted and served with smoked salmon. I must say it was very well received and seconds were had all round. Not bad for a loaf made from a ready prepared wheaten mix from Mortons flour!!
