Recipe for Toblerone cheesecake

Base
80g Margarine or butter
160g digestive biscuits
1 tablesponful drinking chocolate

Filling
220g Toblerone
220g Philadelphia light
60g icing sugar
Large carton whipped cream
Large bag maltesers

Make the base by melting butter and adding to crushed biscuits and drinking chocolate. Press into tin

For the topping, carefully melt the toblerone and leave to cool. Beat together the cheese, icing sugar and cream until thick. Add the melted toblerone and most of the maltesers, roughly crushed. (Keep some back for decorating). This one has mini eggs to decorate as an Easter theme!!!
Pour onto the base and chill until firm
