Regular readers will know all too well how fond I am of a pavlova.  It has to be home made though.  I really find the ones that are served in restaurants are just not the same.  Previous posts have shown variations on the pavlova theme, including pavlova roulade and chocolate pavlova.  This is just one more twist on the same theme- a pavlova tower!

Making this is guaranteed to impress your guests and it is delicious too!  Try it and I will bet that you have no leftovers!

To make it, you will need:

3 egg whites

6oz sugar

Teaspoon of vinegar

Whipped cream

Mixed fruit

Cadbury’s Chocolate flake

Instructions:

Line 3 baking trays with greased parchment paper and set aside

Whisk the egg whites until stiff

whisk in the sugar

add the vinegar

Divide into 3 equal portions and spread into circles on the 3 lined trays

Bake in the oven at 120C for one hour

Allow to cool and remove from the paper

Spread one third of the cream onto the bottom tier and top with fruit

Repeat 2 times and top with strawberries and crumbled cadbury’s chocolate flake

Eat and enjoy!!
