Cheats cheesy pasta bake
250g wholewheat pasta
1 jar tomato pasta sauce
200g cooked chicken- chopped
4tbsp natural yoghurt
50g button mushrooms- sliced
4 spring onions- chopped
1 small can sweetcorn
Salt and pepper to season
Cook pasta until al dente
Pour into oven proof dish and stir in sauce, chicken, mushrooms, spring onions, corn, yoghurt and season
Top with grated cheese and cook at 200 C for 30 mins or until cheese is golden and bubbling
