For this curry dish, I dry fried 2 chicken breasts and a chopped onion. When the chicken was sealed, I added a cup of boiling water with half a low salt stock cube disolved then. A chopped garlic clove, chopped red chilli, a teaspoon of garam masala and a teaspoon of curry powder. I simmered this for 30 minutes and added 3 tablespoons of fat free yoghurt. Because its fat free, the yoghurt curdled a bit which didn’t look too pretty. To overcome this, I stirred a tablespoon of the yoghurt into the final serving to give it a creaminess. It was lovely!
