Hearty Roasted pepper, onion and chickpea soup
This chunky rustic soup is easy to make and is spicy and delicious

Recipe
1 red onion
1 pepper (any colour)
1 tin tomatoes
1 tin chick peas
1 clove garlic (peeled and crushed)
1 tablespoon Curry powder

Peel and chop the red onion into rough chunks
Remove the stalk and seeds from the pepper and roughly chop
Roast in the oven for 30 minutes
Dry fry the curry powder and garlic until the scent hits
Add all the ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes
Add water to the desired texture
Season as required

  1. Can I just say what a relief to find snmooee who automatically knows what they’re talking about on the internet. You as a matter of fact know how to bring an issue to light and make it advantageous. More people need to read this and understand this side of the story.
