I honestly thought this Dukan diet regime would be harder than it is. To be very honest, it is forcing me to challenge my culinary skills. I have a terrible habit of constantly cooking the same things that are favourites of mine
tonight I had Indian marinated chicken served with fat free yoghurt with chopped gherkins. This mixture makes a very tasty sauce like dressing
To make the chicken I did the following:
Put 200g of fat free natural yoghurt in a bowl
Add 1tsp curry powder, 1 tsp garam masala, half a tsp chili flakes and half a tsp ground cumin and some ground black pepper and mix well
Take 2 chicken breasts and remove any traces of fat
Deeply score the breasts to allow the marinade to soak in
Add the chicken and work the marinade in really well
Cover the bowl with cling film and leave to marinate overnight
Heat the oven to 200 C
Place the chicken breasts for approximately 35 minutes.
Check with a knife to ensure there is no pink inside the breast
