This is one of my stock favourites and its so simple to make. Ok- I will admit that when reading it- it really shouldn’t work but it just does
Just lay the smoked Haddock fillets in an oven proof dish, pour over a jar of salsa sauce or dip, sprinkle grated cheese over the top and bake for about 35 minutes in an oven preheated to 200. I served it with mash, peas and corn but anything goes!
