A step by step video guide to making this delicious pea and pesto soup. The video features a voiceover by broadcaster, Rachel Agnew. The soup itself works really well as the flavours of the peas and the pesto perfectly complement each other.
Recipe
500g frozen peas 1 onion 1 pint vegetable stoc 2 tablespoons green pesto Ground balck pepper
To make it simply fry the onion, Add the frozen peas, vegetable stock and green pesto. Simmer and blitz with a blender until it is partly smooth but with plenty of texture

Hi, Its my first time to order celeriac so was pelased to see the recipe and video for the soup. I will be trying this out tomorrow on my family, so thanks again I will look forward to seeing more video’s like this in the future.Mary
