How to make almond butter with just one ingredient- almonds! Easy to make and delicious too with loads of health benefits.

While shop-bought almond butter can be really pricey, homemade almond butter is much easier on the pocket and really easy to make.  All you need is a good, sturdy food processor or blender and a little patience.  Roasting the almonds first allows the nuts to release their oil which will make for a very creamy butter.  If you don’t want to roast them, you may have to add a little oil at the end to bring the butter together.

As well as being cheaper to make, you won’t believe the difference in the taste.  It’s delicious!
