The perfect accompaniment for your favourite cheese. cheesecrackerscuminLinwoodreciperosemarysaltseeds I love making these crackers. So easy and delicious too! You can change them up with different toppings- perfect with cheese Ingredients Instructions Ingredients 250g plain flour½ tsp baking powder1 tsp salt1 tsp sugar½ tsp ground black pepper½ tsp finely chopped rosemary1 tsp ground cumin3 tbsps oil100 mls waterCoarse salt and seeds to decorate ( I used chia seeds and sesame seeds) Instructions Preheat the oven to 220CMix all the dry ingredients in a bowlAdd the oil and waterMix together to form a doughAdd more water if neededWrap the dough in cling film and chill in the fridge for 30 minsRoll the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper until around 1.5mm thickUse a cutter to cut into roundsPlace on lined baking trays and prick all over with a forkBrush the top with water and sprinkle on seeds of your choiceBake in the oven for around 30 mins or until goldenServe with cheese roll out the mixture prick the crackers with a fork brush with water and top with seeds the finished crackers serve with cheese rosemary growing in the garden ShareTweetPinShare What Do You Think?
