If you are a cheese lover like me, you will love these homemade rosemary and cumin crackers. The perfect accompaniment for your favourite cheese.

I love making these crackers.  So easy and delicious too! You can change them up with different toppings- perfect with cheese

  • 250g plain flour
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper
  • ½ tsp finely chopped rosemary
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 3 tbsps oil
  • 100 mls water
  • Coarse salt and seeds to decorate ( I used chia seeds and sesame seeds)
  • Preheat the oven to 220C
  • Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl
  • Add the oil and water
  • Mix together to form a dough
  • Add more water if needed
  • Wrap the dough in cling film and chill in the fridge for 30 mins
  • Roll the dough between 2 pieces of parchment paper until around 1.5mm thick
  • Use a cutter to cut into rounds
  • Place on lined baking trays and prick all over with a fork
  • Brush the top with water and sprinkle on seeds of your choice
  • Bake in the oven for around 30 mins or until golden
  • Serve with cheese
