I am bored of Pret salads so took myself off to Marks and Spencer for a peruse!.  I found this superfood salad which I absolutely loved.  It cam with rocket, giant couscous and quinoa with roasted beetroot, chickpeas, dried cranberries and a houmus drizzle.  Well done M+S- this was a wnner!

I fancied some of these slices of lean roast beed but couldn’t be bothered to cook any vegetables. I made a light mustard dressing with yoghurt and wholegrain and mustard and served with salad

For lunch I had a lovely fresh and delicious salad with mixed leaves, cucumber, tomatoes and spring onion served with tikka marinated chicken breast and cottage cheese.  I thoroughly enjoyed having some salad but had to me very careful to make sure that I only had vegetables from the approved Dukan list!  

Last day off work so am using up the leftover uneaten party food before the healthy eating begins in earnest. I heated up some onion bhajees and chicken tikka samosas from Sainsburys and then tried to make it look a bit healthy with some salad  

I ordered Greek Salad at the Watergate Bay Hotel in Newquay,  This was an excellent choice.  It was loaded with feta, peppers, cucumber and tomatoes.. Thoroughly enjoyable
