This is probably my favourite dukan style breakfast and it is perfect for a weekend treat. Bacon and egg with oatbran galettes. I only eat the egg yolk which is a shame. I can’t bear the texture of egg white (unless its in a meringue- yummy!!!)  

Back to a protein and vegetable day today on the Dukan plan but opted for a protein only breakfast of oatbran galettes, topped with egg yolk and low fat smoked bacon medallions.  I am so used to cereal that it is always surprising to me how filling these Dukan protein high breakfasts are  

Day 2 of the cruise phase of dukan and its a protein only day. I topped 2 oat galettes with egg yolk and low fat bacon medallions. I dry fried an egg and removed every scrap of white as I really can’t bear the texture! Pretty tasty breakfast all in all!  

A lovely Dukan breakfast of lean “be good to yourself” bacon on oat galettes. I added a bit of natural yoghurt for moisture!
