I love Moroccan flavours. While they work particularly well with meat, I wanted to see if I could make them work with mushrooms. I have to say, I was delighted with the results.

This looks delicious. My family definitely eats too much meat. Mainly mince- chilli, bolgnese, meatballs, cottage pie etc! Will definitely try this!
